Making a booking

You can book online by choosing a service, a barber (or “first available,” and we'll assign whoever's free), and a time. Online bookings need to be made a little ahead of the appointment time, and the system will show you the earliest slot you can book. If you're booking as a guest, we allow up to 2 active bookings per phone number at a time, to keep things fair for everyone.

Walk-ins

We welcome walk-ins any time we're open. You don't need to book online first. Booking ahead is the more reliable way to guarantee a specific time with a specific barber, especially when we're busy.

Prices

The price for each service is shown when you book, both on our site and in the booking form. That's what you'll pay in the shop.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your booking online, free of charge, any time before your appointment starts. Use the link in your confirmation, or call or WhatsApp us on 07913 140685.

Rescheduling

Our online system doesn't currently support moving a booking to a new time directly. Cancel your existing booking and make a new one, or call or WhatsApp us on 07913 140685 and we'll sort it for you.

Running late

Give us a call or a WhatsApp if you're running behind. We'll always do our best to fit you in.

Missed appointments

If you book online and don't turn up without cancelling, we'll keep a record of it. Repeated no-shows may result in online booking being restricted. If you think your booking history is wrong, call us on 07913 140685 and we'll look into it.

Payment

All services are paid for in person at the shop, after your appointment. We don't take payments or deposits online.

Refunds

As payment is taken in person, there's nothing to refund for an online booking itself. If you're not happy with a service you've received, please speak to us in the shop or call us on 07913 140685 so we can put it right.

Complaints

If anything about your visit or booking wasn't right, please tell us. Call or WhatsApp us on 07913 140685 and we'll put it right.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
